With GO Direkt, you can pay the GO toll flexibly if you are creditworthy: Pay in advance or afterwards. Choose between monthly, fortnightly or weekly billing and determine your payment period between 4 and 28 days.
- Your service benefits
The SelfCare portal is your personal access to the GO toll. In the SelfCare portal, you can manage the toll for your vehicles, download invoices, call up the route travelled in detail, register for the typo warning service (if the number of axles is set incorrectly) and enjoy many other benefits.
Your personal contact
We are the GO Direkt team – the contact for everyone who bills the GO toll via GO Direkt.
We are there for you from Monday to Thursday from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm and on Fridays from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm.
Outside of our office hours, the ASFINAG Service Center is available around the clock, seven days a week.

GO Direkt offers GO Direkt customers free delivery of GO-Boxes within the European Union.
You can apply for free delivery of a GO-Box the first time you register a GO-Box for your licence plate number in the GO toll system.
Please note that a one-time processing fee of €5 will be charged when a GO-Box is reissued, regardless of whether you pick up the GO-Box from a GO point of sale or opt for postal delivery.
